Bet Acceptance

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure details of their bets are correct. Once bets have been placed and their acceptance confirmed they may not be cancelled or changed.
Bets must be made online at the web site. No postal, fax, e-mail or telex bets are accepted and if received will be made void, win or lose.
All odds are subject to variation and become fixed only at the time of bet acceptance. However, despite every effort to ensure complete accuracy, we cannot be held responsible for any typing, human or palpable error which leads to any errors or omissions, including the announcing, publishing or marking of odds or results, other than those intended, or bets being accepted which contravene our rules. In cases where a bet has been accepted at an incorrect price, We reserves the right to void the bet.
Management reserves the right to suspend markets at anytime. When a market is suspended any bets entered will be rejected. we also reserve the right to cease betting on any market at any time without notice.
Online bets are not guaranteed unless a final transaction screen is seen. If in doubt, customers should review their open bets listed on their account. When a bet is placed and accepted, the relevant amount is charged against the customer's account, regardless of when the result is determined.
For telephone bets 'acceptance confirmed' will be deemed only after an operator has completed a full read back of the bet details and confirmed to the customer that the bet has been processed.
All odds displayed are for information only and do not constitute offers from us to accept any bet at those or any other odds and we reserve the right to refuse any bet or part of any bet at any time in its absolute discretion without giving reason for doing so.
We reserve the right to void any or all bets made by any person or group of persons acting in an attempt to defraud us where there is evidence of price, race, match or event rigging. Where evidence exists of rigging or of some other act which has unfairly affected the result, or where there is evidence of a series of bets each containing the same selections(s) having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals, We reserve the right to make bets void or withhold payment of returns pending the outcome of any subsequent investigation.
All times stated on the web site and/or referred to by our staff are as accurate as possible, however it is the responsibility of the player to ensure the time is accurate. We accept no responsibility for errors in times of events, however caused. Any bet accepted, in error, after the start of an event that is not betting in-running or for an event that has already taken place, or where betting has been suspended, will be void, win or lose. Any bet accepted in error after the start of an event on a market that is not being traded in running will be void
When an event is postponed and then rescheduled to take place at an alternate venue, We reserve the right to void all bets placed on the original event.
No credit will be offered by any employee of ours and all bets must be supported by sufficient funds in the customer account. We reserve the right to void any bet which may have inadvertently been accepted when the account did not have sufficient funds to cover the bet. Should funds be credited to a customer's account in error it is the customer's responsibility to inform us without delay.
All winnings will be credited to the customer account. Any funds/winnings credited to an account in error are not available for use, and we reserve the right to void any transactions involving such funds, either at the time or retrospectively.
We shall in no circumstances be liable for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with our website or its content; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.
Bets are processed in the order they are received.
If any sums are mistakenly credited to your account, through either an error on the part of us or yourself, it shall be up to you to point this out. Failure to do so will void any subsequent wins caused by this error, either directly or indirectly. In such an event we reserve the right to take the necessary action to ensure that both parties are returned to the same position financially as that held immediately prior to the error being made.
In the interests of both our customers and ourselves, please note that all telephone calls are recorded on security tapes.

Final adjudication on all events will be determined by the official results as published on the official websites for the governing body of the relevant sport.

House Rules

The following terms and conditions form an agreement between our organization (hereinafter referred to as "the company") and the registered user referred to as the "member" hereafter. The member's acceptance of this agreement will be manifested by submission of the membership application form. All rules, regulations and payoffs contained herein are subject to change and revision by the management without prior written notice to the member. All monetary figures discussed are in United States Dollars ($US). We kindly ask you to print out all Rules and Regulations for your reference.

Company is fully licensed and authorized to operate in Curacao, Netherlands Antilles; therefore, to ensure complete legality, all transactions and wagers will be considered originating from and governed by the laws of the Netherlands Antilles.
The company relies entirely upon the information provided by the member in the application in order to establish a wagering account. The company is not, therefore, responsible for any form of misrepresentation by the member.
The member agrees to take appropriate measures to protect his/her Username, Password and other relevant information provided by the company. The member is liable for any unauthorized use of his/her wagering account.
The company reserves the right to request official identification of the member, and/or proof of the authenticity of any credit cards used for transactions with our company.
All funds received by the company from the member are deposited into a secure escrow account.

This agreement falls under the auspices of The Netherlands Antilles. Disputes or claims, which arise directly or indirectly out of this agreement, will be brought before a court in The Netherlands Antilles. Company has the right to apply in similar appropriate courts for any injunction or other like remedy to restrain the member from committing any breach of this agreement and for consequential relief.
According to the Central Government of the Netherlands Antilles no one under the age of 18 is permitted to make a wager.

The company's wagering rules are clearly outlined within this website, in the "Wagering Guide." These rules are subject to change without prior notice to the member.
Wager maximums and minimums are at the discretion of the company, and can be altered on a case-by-case basis. The company reserves the right to limit or refuse any member's bet at any time.
Maximum win from any one wager or one player in any one calendar day shall be $100,000
All sporting events must be played on the date scheduled unless otherwise specified. If an event is postponed and/or rescheduled, that event will automatically constitute "NO ACTION" unless otherwise stated. No action means all monies for that event will be refunded. See wagering guide for details by sport.
The winner of an event, or game, will be determined on the date of the event's conclusion, according to the company's wagering rules.
In the case of an obvious error on the posted line, the company reserves the right to deem all wagers ‘No Action’ and return all monies accordingly.
Company does not recognize suspended games, protest games, overturned decisions, etc., for wagering purposes.
In all futures wagering (Example: World Series, Superbowl, etc.) the winner as determined by the relevant league authority will also be declared the winner for betting purposes.
Dead Heat Rule For Win/First Place - when there is a dead heat for 1st place the amount wagered is divided by the number of participants involved in the dead heat. The full odds are then paid to the divided portion, with the remainder of the stake money being lost. For Place/Show/Top 4 betting - when there is a dead heat where the number of tied participants exceeds the places available for that particular bet, the stake money/amount wagered is multiplied by the number of places on offer but divided by the number of tied participants. The full odds are then paid to the divided stake, with the remainder of the stake money being lost. Example - A 3 way tie for third on a top four bet would result in the stake money /amount wagered being multiplied by 2 but divided by 3. Dead Heat rules do not apply to events where a price is offered for the draw or tie.
Las Vegas rules, regulations, payoffs and wager types apply where not covered herein.
All Internet casino wagers must be placed through the user interface provided by this casino on its Web pages. Any Internet wagering through other means, including the use of a "robot" player, is strictly forbidden. In the event that use of non-approved client software is detected, the Management reserves the right to invalidate all such wagers retroactively, cancel the player's account, or take any other appropriate counteraction.
Members found using multiple browsers and/or found attempting to manipulate or ascertain information concerning the casino software code will forfeit all winnings and become deactivated as a Company member.
Should funds be credited to a client's account in error - human error, technical malfunction, payout miscalculation or other - it is the member's responsibility to notify the company of the error without delay. Any winnings subsequent to the error, whether related to the error or not, shall be considered invalid and returned to Company.
A member may have only ONE account at the company. The company reserves the right to close or disable a member's account without notice in cases where the company, at its sole discretion, deems this appropriate. Members found opening or using multiple/other accounts in an attempt to manipulate sports wagering limits or masking their true identity will forfeit all winnings and be deactivated as a Company member.
All online transactions will be saved to a file and the file will be saved on a tape back-up system. In all cases of dispute, both management and the player agree that the file tape backup shall serve as the final authority in the dispute and all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. Claims must be lodged within 24 hours from the time the wager was made. No claims will be honored after this time period. The member is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all account transactions.
Wagers placed via the telephone are recorded on a tape system. In case of disputes, the tape will be replayed and the wager as confirmed on the tape will be deemed final.
If a member's account remains unused for a period of twelve months, the company reserves the right to close the account and assume ownership of any and all outstanding balance left in the account.
The company reserves the right to refuse a deposit bonus to anyone at any time. If you have any questions as to your eligibility, please contact the company.
