Pittsburgh Find Solace On The Road
Heinz Field was once a haven for the Pittsburgh Steelers, they were 27-8-1 there before they lost the AFC championship game to the Patriots Jan. 23. This season it has become a place where they have become vulnerable.
They have now lost three of their last four home games - but have also set a franchise record in winning there 10th straight road game.
"For us, it's just matter of us trying to put back-to-back wins together, trying to win at home again," said receiver Hines Ward. "We want to feel comfortable as far as winning at home. For whatever reason we didn't play particularly well at home the last couple of games. We want to get things turned around and put on a streak of wins."
The Steelers were unbeaten in the regular season at Heinz Field last year, beat the Jets there in overtime in the playoffs, but lost to the Patriots in the AFC Championship Game. It's the second time they lost a title game to New England at Heinz Field.
